Here Here you can open your personal customer account at any time. You can enter a personal password. You will then immediately receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail. If you don’t receive an email from us, check your spam folder or contact us. Please always enter your correct e-mail address!

You have the oppotunity to place an order as a guest. But then you have to register for each individual order and enter your data, since these are not saved. As a guest, you will not receive any promos and you will not be able to use the other advantages of a customer account.

You will not see any information about your open order, but you will receive a tracking code via email so you can track it whenever you want. 

If you have already shopped with us as a guest and would now like to have a customer account, you must register as a new customer.

Please always make sure that your e-mail address is correct. Otherwise you will not receive any further information about your delivery as a guest.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

To do this, please log in with your access data on our website. Via „My Account“  at the top right, to the „Addresses“, section to manage your addresses or to „Account Details“ to update your email address or password.

Under “Orders” you will find an overview of your most recent orders. You can track the status of your orders and get the individual details of each order.

Simply click on “Forgot your password?” in the header under “Login” on the start page and enter the e-mail address stored in your customer account. We will send you an e-mail directly so that you can reset your password. You can then change this according to your wishes.

Your login details are protected in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be used by us under any circumstances. Please always use a secure and long password!

SHIPPING

After you have ordered, you will receive your delivery within 1-3 working days. As soon as the package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

You can track the delivery status under “My orders” in the customer account.

For delivery within Europe, we charge a flat rate of €5.99 per order up to an order value of €99.00.

From an order value of €99.00 we deliver free of charge throughout the EU.

If your shipment or part of it arrives damaged, please contact us in advance. We will examine your complaint as soon as possible and take care of a replacement.

PAYMENT

The payment information is not stored by us and is only transmitted in encrypted form. Our connection is encrypted via SSL. With this high security standard, your purchase is safe with us.

With us you can conveniently pay with your credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. When paying by credit card, the invoice amount will be collected immediately after receipt of the order.

If you want to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website at the end of the order. There you can log in with your PayPal account details and confirm the payment.

Your payment will then be booked in our system within a few minutes and the order will be released for further processing. When paying via PayPal, the invoice amount will be collected immediately after receipt of the order.

Immediately after selecting the SOFORT transfer payment method, you will be taken to the encrypted payment form. Here you select your country and enter your bank code. Now enter your access data for online banking and confirm the transfer with a TAN. Your payment process is automated.
